Rule 109
Proceedings after the conclusion of the general discussion
(1) After the general discussion on the bill is over, the presenting member may present one of the following motions:-
(a) that the Bill be debated regularly in the House, or
(b) The bill should be sent to the relevant committee for quarterly discussion.
(2) If the presenting member submits any proposal in clause (a) or (b) of sub-rule (1), any other member may submit another proposal according to the same sub-rule.

(1) In the following cases, the Bill shall be removed from the register:-
